libcurses-perl software package provides Curses interface for Perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcurses-perl
libcurses-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcurses-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcurses-perl *
You will get with libcurses-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
